1. Acceptance of Terms

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Company's Right to Suspend or Terminate

Upon account suspension, you will be denied access to your account and all gaming services. Upon termination, any remaining balance in your account will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to deduction of any amounts owed to the Company and forfeiture of bonus funds and winnings derived from Terms violations. The Company reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation of suspected violations.

9.2 Player-Initiated Account Closure

You may request permanent closure of your account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Upon closure, you will receive any withdrawable balance in your account via your verified payment method. Once an account is closed, it cannot be reopened, and you may not create new accounts. 10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall thg77's total aggregate liability to you exceed the amount you deposited to your account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Internal Dispute Resolution

11.2 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Philippines for resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree that any dispute with thg77 will be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of a class action, representative action, or mass tort. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against the Company.

12. Modifications to Terms

If you do not agree with any modification, your sole remedy is to close your account and cease using thg77 services.
